Injuries in Second Explosion in Tel Aviv in 24 Hours
Israeli media reported on Friday that a second explosion had occurred in Tel Aviv in 24 hours.
The Jerusalem Post reported that the second explosion was not of a criminal or security nature, noting that it was related to an oxygen cylinder exploding inside a residential apartment.
It added: "Workers were repairing an air conditioning unit when the explosion occurred, injuring two people."
Earlier on Friday, an explosion occurred in a building in Tel Aviv, for which the Houthi group later claimed responsibility.
The Israeli army said in a statement: "The initial investigation indicates that the explosion in Tel Aviv was caused by the fall of an aerial target and no sirens were sounded. The incident is under careful investigation."
The police also revealed that the body of a man was found in an apartment near the site of the explosion, saying that they are investigating the circumstances.
