Video: A rare appearance of an isolated tribe from the world
Social media sites circulated "rare" photos and videos of members of an isolated tribe in Peru, after they left the Amazon rainforest.
Members of the indigenous "Mashco Piro" tribe were spotted leaving their remote homeland in the forests of the Amazon region of the Latin country, in search of food, barefoot and with long hair.
The organization "Survival International" published rare photos of the "Mashco Piro", showing dozens of people on the banks of a river near the place where logging companies enjoy privileges.
The organization also said that the "Mashco Piro" members were photographed at the end of June on the banks of a river in the Madre de Dios region in southeastern Peru, near the border with Brazil, according to "Reuters".
The organization, which defends the rights of indigenous, tribal and isolated peoples, has warned that its members are facing a "humanitarian catastrophe" as loggers encroach on their lands.
The local indigenous rights group FENAMAD said the isolated tribe had been seen repeatedly coming out of the rainforest in recent weeks in search of food, apparently fleeing the growing presence of loggers.

"These stunning images show that a large number of the isolated Mashco Piro tribe are living alone, just a few kilometres from where loggers are about to start their operations," said the organization's director, Caroline Pierce.
More than 50 members of the tribe have been seen in recent days near a Yin village called Monte Salvado.
The indigenous rights NGO said another group of 17 people had appeared near the nearby village of Puerto Nuevo.
The Mashco Piro people, who live between two nature reserves in Madre de Dios, are rarely seen and have little contact with anyone else, according to Survival International.
