Saudi Crown Prince apologizes for not participating in the G7 Summit.. Why?
The Saudi Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Chairman of the Council of Ministers, sent a cable of thanks to the Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, for the invitation he received from her country to participate in the communication session of the G7 Summit, which will be held in her country on June 14, 2024.
The message included the Crown Prince's apology for his inability to participate due to commitments that prevent him from doing so related to supervising the Hajj season.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman also stressed the depth of relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Italy, wishing success for the work of this summit.
The Hajj season begins this year on the eighth day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, which corresponds to June 14, 2024, and the rituals will continue for 6 days.
