People born in spring are more susceptible to these diseases
A Russian doctor announced that people born in the spring season may be more susceptible to autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis.
According to what was reported by the Russian media, Dr. Alexander Myasnikov indicates that according to a theory based on statistical data, the month of birth affects the predisposition to multiple sclerosis.
The Russian doctor says: "The smallest number of people with multiple sclerosis are born in September and October, while the most susceptible to multiple sclerosis are those born in April and May. But why? It is believed that the pregnant woman was infected with a viral infection, which is transmitted to the child, and after 15 years of his birth, this infection becomes active."
According to the Russian doctor, a deficiency in vitamin D and lack of sunlight during pregnancy can negatively affect the health of the pregnant woman, especially since the results of follow-up confirmed the association of viruses with the development of autoimmune diseases.
He says: "Infection with a specific type of virus causes immune transformations that lead to inflammation," noting that the real cause of the disease is not yet known and has not been fully studied.
It is worth noting that autoimmune disease or autoimmune disease is the disease caused by the overactivity of the immune system and its mistaken attack on and elimination of healthy cells and tissues of the body.
