35-Year-Old American Woman Earns Half a Million Dollars While at Home

An ambitious young American woman, only 35 years old, was able to record a rare success story, as she succeeded in achieving financial revenues exceeding half a million US dollars in one year, without having to leave her home or go to work, as she achieved her success while sitting inside her home and working through the Internet only.

According to the details published by the American network "CNBC", businesswoman Julie Berninger, who is only 35 years old today, was working as an engineer at "Amazon" a few years ago when she started her own projects from her home on the Internet, and these projects quickly began to generate additional income for her, reaching more than half a million dollars in one year.

The report says that Julie Berninger has enjoyed multiple sources of income via the Internet for years.

Make Money From Home

In 2015, Berninger launched her blog Millennial Boss while working as an engineer at Amazon, which brought her tens of thousands of dollars in “passive income,” meaning that the blog generated revenue without her having to work or be tied down to a full-time job.

Later, in 2017, Berninger started her own online store on Etsy, selling printables like party cards, which also brought her more income each year.

In 2019, Berninger co-founded online course company Gold City Ventures with her colleague Cody Berman, whose main course taught users how to set up an online store on Etsy, and which generated significant revenue.

In 2023, Berninger teamed up with Berman on another new venture, Aurus Agency. “We’re doing the same business model that we do for the Etsy seller community, but in all different areas,” she says.

As a result of her various businesses, Berninger made more than half a million dollars in profits last year, 2023, with the blog alone generating about $35,000.

Berninger says she doesn’t spend a lot of time in her Etsy shop, but about an hour and a quarter a day, and that’s not necessarily the best approach. “You can automate it, but you have to improve it every year, or add new products and update old ones if you want to keep getting attention,” she says.

For Berninger, the Etsy shop isn’t so much a source of income as it is a tool to help the larger project, Gold City Ventures, which is the training center. “It’s part of the teaching method,” she says.

Her Etsy shop brought in about $3,000 in 2023, while the training company generated more than $2 million, and Berninger’s salary this year was more than $500,000.
