She pointed out that the real estate market in Dubai recently recorded unprecedented records in terms of sales and investment, pointing out that the number of billionaires on the Palm Island per square kilometer exceeds any other place in the Emirates, as there are many places where luxury palaces and villas are being built, such as the Palm. Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and Dubai Hills.
She added: “This gated community includes a yacht club, a group of beaches, and upscale restaurants.”
