During the visit, Camila gave one of the donkeys a carrot and touched his head with affection.
There, she met many women and heard from them about their involvement in the project and how it affected their lives.
Camilla received a painting and a handmade flower from the children, who are part of the donkey care clubs at their school.
Elephant rehabilitation
King Charles and Camilla visited the Sheldrake Wildlife Home, a center for the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned elephants in Kenya's Nairobi National Park, which was established in 1977. As Camilla did with the donkeys, she also gave milk to a baby elephant. The couple then went to see a baby rhinoceros called " "See it."
